Mark Hamill was fired from his job at Jack in the Box due to his impersonations at the drive thru window. This campaign announced that Jack in the Box brought back some fan-favorite menu items… as well as favorite former employee, Mark! This campaign was featured in top tier outlets that otherwise may not dedicate feature stories on Jack in the Box… watch my placement that I secured on Entertainment Tonight below!

Linktree Rebrand

Linktree, the ‘link in bio’ category leader announced the launch of its mobile app so users can spend less time creating and managing their Linktree, and spend more time doing what they do best. As part of Linktree’s rebrand campaign, I was a part of the mobile app launch. The mobile app is designed to make it easier than ever to create, curate, and share on the go. Individuals can create their Linktree, add and manager links, customize their design, and view analytics from their mobile devices. I secured placements in tech and consumer facing media outlets and newsletters.

The Great Realization

Northwestern Mutual has defined the culture shift of generations tacklingg unprecedented situations as “The Great Realization.” The Great Realization is that moment where we question everything: how we work, how we live, what we value, and how we’re spending our lives. Northwestern Mutual found that Millennials and Gen Xers want to pursue their goals rather than waiting for “someday.” As part of the team, I built curated media lists to include a wide variety of publications, drafted unique pitch angles, and secured interviews with Northwestern Mutual’s spokesperson.

As part of my application to the SGPR fellowship, I created my dream campaign. My plan was to have Yellowbird partner with Paris Hilton for an integrated campaign… if you’re reading this Paris, you know who to call.

FastMed PR Campaign

 

During the 2020 fall semester, I took a capstone public relations campaign course. Throughout the semester, my group and I devised a public relations campaign for FastMed, a branch of Urgent Care. Our plan was strategized after conducting research to find solutions to the challenges FastMed faced during COVID-19. At the end of the semester, we presented our plan to FastMed’s executive team.

Advantage Email Marketing Campaign

 

For my internship personal project at The Advantage Software Company, I created a win-back campaign. I designed this campaign to re-engage potential clients and remind them how Advantage could assist in their agency journey.

Under Armor Sustainability Campaign

 

In February 2020, I was lucky enough to attend a workshop hosted by Sarah Angold for UNC’s FashionMash Career Week. The workshop, “Inside Parliament,” exposed the small group to how the fashion industry is working with regulatory entities to envision the future. At the end of the workshop, my group and I produced a campaign for Under Armour that focused on sustainability.

For an assignment in my principles of advertising and public relations course (MEJO137), I was instructed to pick a public relations campaign to analyze. Two other classmates and I chose the Patagonia "Your President Stole Your Land" campaign. We conducted extensive research to analyze and evaluate the strategic process of Patagonia.
